Our first location in Amsterdam, in Amstelweenseweg 63, Mangia Pizza  is a cozy pizza restaurant conveniently located a few yards away from the western gate of the most beautiful city park in Amsterdam, the Vondelpark. Here we offer our famous pizzas pairing with wine and Cocktails.

Our wood fired brick oven obviously has the center stage and you can watch our award winning pizza makers preparing your pizzas in front of you, while you sip some cold beer from the tap or a nice glass of prosecco.

Our pizza dough is made on site daily using only 4 ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast, and is left rising for about 48 hours. The dough is then stretched by hand, topped with fresh high quality ingredients.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our delicious pizzas are cooked in a special wood-fired oven for about 60 to 120 seconds at a temperature of around 430 – 450 C°.
